Reviews of Sakai Suisin Knives

We introduce some of reviews about Sakai Suishin knives on Twitter.

If you are looking for a good Deba, check it out in “Sakai Suishin”!

As for the AUS10 kitchen knife, it is made of all steel, so it can be sharpened by pulling the blade, and it is made of steel that has been hardened to the side, so it is hard to be scratched. On the other hand, it is difficult to pull out the blade when the sharpness is emphasized or when the blade is worn down.
