YAXELL Knife Reviews
Here are some reviews of YAXELL Knives.
I’m very happy with a Yaxell knife that recently came into the household. It’s ridiculously sharp, and it’s made from a quite hard steel so it holds well. (Hard metal just has different considerations – may chip, harder to hone. But holds.) I think. Still a noob!

I got the Mon line which was the same VG10 core but only 3 layers on each side. It works fine for me and I don’t need all the flash on the knife… Oh.. It was 47 bucks.

A professional using a Yaxell knife 8 hours a day and 5 days a week says that it is perfect! The sharpness lasts very long with him having to hone the sharpness only twice in a month. This chef is based in the United States. Moreover, the knife is tough and very comfortable to use. The handle and the blade are perfectly balanced.
Another user says that she has a number of German, Pakistani, American and Chinese knives. Yaxell being the first Japanese knife has outclassed everything else! She looks after all her knives well by keeping them sharp, clean and dry. She highly recommends purchasing a Yaxell kitchen knife.
