Kanetsune Seki Knives Reviews
I’ve got 3 Kanetsune blades (7.1,6.5inch and a 6.5 Nakiri) and they’re really good. Mine are carbon steel so they rust easier but you just need to dry them well. Can send pictures/links if you want

It is a damascus santoku made by Kanetsune that I bought in Tokyo a few years ago. I’ve used Globals for the last 20 years or so and I love them but this thing is next level sharp.

I really like it. It came razor sharp and requires little maintenance.
Blade came very sharp but put a mirror edge and it just sings. Did great on some basic wood cutting and overall perfect package. I’ve ordered a backup now as this will be my go to camp knife.
